Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. The policy is designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele.
I request the courtesy of 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services; otherwise you will be required to pay 50% the service reserved.
